This book offers a small collection of Celtic tunes arranged for the 5-String banjo.  Stephen uses the term "Celtic" to refer to Irish and Scottish Dance Music that is traditionally played on the fiddle and pipes. Seventy tunes may not seem like a small collection, but there are literally hundreds, if not thousands of Celtic tunes out there.  This should get you started.

Stephen has two basic goals for his book.  First, for banjo players who are not familiar with Celtic Music, he hopes this book will whet your appetite. Second, for those players who are familiar with Celtic music, but have not incorporated it into your repertoire, he hopes you will find the tools in this book that will make the process a little easier.
